Our company has the advanced precision casting equipment and the craft, the annual output is above 2000 tons. The product type includes: The pipe-line valve, the mechanical fitting, the vehicle and motor fitting, the power plant boiler, the sports equipment and so on, mainly used in industry demons, the machinery, metallurgy, geology and mining, petroleum, spinning and weaving, automobile, energy and so on. At the same time, our company also may defer to the customer to attempt the request, makes each kind of high accuracy, high surface smooth finish and shape cavity complex casting. At present, our company＇s casting product size precision could be achieved CT4, the surface roughness could be achieved Ra3.2.We can produce all kinds of the casting products between 3 grams to 100 kilograms weight, within 0.5 meter long. The independent heat treatment shop and processes the workshop, can provide the high grade heat treatment and the machining service for each kind of material for the customer. The company also has the spectrometer made in Germany , the HR -150A machine for testing hardness, the impact testing machine , the advanced physics and chemistry laboratory and other check equipment. We strictly guarantee the quality and the sound surface of our products for all customers .
