Wer wir sind
We are acting for many years in the field of injecting plastic parts, designing and manufacturing of injection moulds, tooling for injection and metal working, metal sheet working, stamping, electronic assembly and mounting of electronic, mechanic and electro-mechanic assemblies. We have a lot of experience in these fields, large capacities and performant equipments.
Our products are mainly plastic parts from automotive, electronic , electrotechnic and white ware industries. We also produce: Single-phase electronic watt-hour meters , Automotive lighting lamps, railway relays, Shelters Nato -1 and 3 types ,PCB 's, Telecommunication shelter for GSM type and many other metallic products...boxes, cabinets,etc.
For injection we can operate about 25 modern Engel, Battenfeld and Ferromatic injection-machines. We can inject all kinds of thermoplastic materials and elastomers with an weight between 5 grams and 5 Kg and with a force range beginning with 250 kN till 10000 kN.
For moulding and tooling we have highly specialized Design and Technology Departments as well as very good equipments: 3 to 5 axis machining centers, electroerosion machines, specialized CNC machines, 3D testing center and also a lot of conventional machines. We also operate with CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD. We are able to offer you a large variety of services: moulding and injection, only moulding or only injection with your own moulds.
By interest we also can take over PCB assembling using an automatic SMT assembling line type FUJI and some lines DYNAPERT. Moreover we offer you mounting of electronic, mechanic and electro-mechanic assemblies.
