The company Wöhler Bohemia s.r.o. was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of the German company Wöhler, whose history dates back to 1932. The CSABAcast Leichtmetallgiesserei GmbH, an aluminum die casting foundry about 70 km east of Budapest, located near the M3 motorway. The company, which has more than 45 years of experience in the field of the light metal casting, sees its priorities in aluminum die casting (19 die-casting machines with a clamping force of 400 tons to 1600 tons) in the processing (15 CNC machining centers) in the assembly of pre-finished parts. Total sales in the past year was about 20 million euros and was increased from approx. 250 employees deliver. The product range includes parts for the automotive, white goods and heating industry. In large series pre-finished cylinder head covers, transmission parts, gear housing cover, engine mounts, subframe, water and oil pump housing, burner housing and washing machine drive parts for customers such as Audi, BMW, Bosch Thermo Technology, Ford, General Motors, GPM, Miele, VW and others are manufactured. The CSABAcast Leichtmetallgiesserei has quality certificates for more than 15 years.In August 2004 CSABAcast obtained the process-oriented quality certificate ISO / TS 16949:2002 and the environmental certificate ISO 14001. ATOS has been designing and building injection molding tools in north-east Italy since 2000. Thanks to our project department in the company, we are able to produce high-quality tools on time. Our main activity covers unlimited industries: from automotive, household appliances, packaging to white goods, technical and aesthetic parts, sports and leisure, office / furniture, industrial transport, lighting, telephone industry, fastening, medical and rubber parts.
