The company was founded in 1960 by Mr. Otto Bauckhage and still is in its way a traditional family. Up to 31.12.2002 Hans Werner Bauckhage stood before the company as Managing Director. 01/01/2003 Mr. Dietmar Schoettler and Heike Schäfer have occurred as a shareholder in the company and has been appointed as managing directors.
