The main sphere of business is a production of the assembled configurations with various numbers of parts accordingly to the technical documentation delivered by customers. The company owns the proper technology placed on the production area of 3600 m². The technology provides the possibility to machine the large sized objects as well. (Max. sizes: 5000 x 2500 x 2200 mm, the mass up to 10 tons). The achievable precision is IT7. The welding workshop is equipped with modern welding technology.

Modern production technology, and highly qualified personnel connected to a QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 ensure highest quality and reliability. Our vertically and horizontally operating CNC machining centers for milling and turning are perfectly equipped with fast pallet and tool changers. We manufacture and assemble complete modules and process all machinable materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, plastics and special materials. We turn workpieces up to a diameter of 180mm. Our CAM solution automatically creates us the machine programs to customer specifications or according to our designs. In connection with the most modern DNC data transfer we are able to create complex machine programs in the shortest time and to transfer them to the appropriate machine to delay, start production can.

As a part of the International A. Berger Holding, we are the producer of high precision turning parts. Our company is located in the south-west of Poland, in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, between Wroclaw and Cracow. At present, our team consists of 350 young and experienced people while our machine park counts 120 machines. In Berger we specialize in a wide range of processes including turning, hard turning, grinding, milling, heat treatment, rolling and broaching. Our production possibilities are from 4mm up to 240mm diameter and we turn parts from steel bars, forged parts or sintered materials using different kinds of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or Inconel alloys. Berger’s hardening department includes the up-to-date metallographic laboratory and since 2019 we have been also accredited for the technical cleanliness laboratory.

Laser engraving We can engrave and cut laminated plastic materials with a 40W laser engraving machine. It can be any shape, text or picture according to your needs and imagination. Maximum size: 280mm x 180mm Material type: smooth or metallic brushed type Measurement We own a Platinum Faro Arm 8', with 1,7m granite table inside climatized measurement room. We are able to perform measurement for our own gages but also for our customer parts (simple dimensional measurements, normality study, Cp/Cpk...). In association with our design skills, we can also do reverse design to create model according to part measurement. Measurement range: 2.4m
