In cooperation with our long-term and proven partners, we work on other post-processes until the final product. We are able to deliver goods throughout the EU. The goal is to deliver the product exactly according to the required specification, on time, without exception. Our company history begins in June 2016 with the founding of our company. From the outset, our focus was on the production of high-quality turning and milling products. After just two years, we moved to larger premises to meet increasing requirements. Over time, we have continuously expanded our machinery in order to be able to offer our customers an even wider range of products and services. By 2022, our machinery inventory grew by a further 8 machines, to a total of 10 machines. Our latest project is to expand our manufacturing capabilities with 17 multi-spindle automatic lathes. These cover a diameter range of 6 mm to 67 mm. Here, we focus on the mass production of drum parts and hydraulic components.

Gaméte CNC Kft was founded in 2006 by Hungarian private individuals. She deals with CNC milling, CNC turning and 3D measuring. We primarily manufacture parts and tool elements. Welded parts that require machining can also be produced. We work up to 95% for German partners. Processed material: aluminum, steel, bronze, copper, plastic. The parts can be galvanized, burnished or anodized - quantitatively and depending on the dimensions. Measurement tolerance: 0.02 MM for aluminum and steel alloys, 0.05 MM for other materials. Measurement protocol can be made if necessary. We achieve satisfied partners in a stable and long-term relationship.

The history of CNC KOVO sro goes back to 1998. In 2005 it was converted into a sro (GmbH). It is a manufacturer of high-quality series and individual parts, not only for the needs of the mechanical engineering industry, but also according to customer requirements. 70% of the production is exported to Germany and Austria. The remaining 30% are delivered to other EU countries and not least to Slovakia. CNC KOVO sro has made a name for itself on the market not only with the products themselves, but also with the services related to production. In cooperation, we work with companies that deal with heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. The company operates its own road transport that ensures the delivery of the production directly to the customer according to his requirements.

Metal forming technology In the field of metal forming technology, we offer an exceptionally wide range of drop forged and hot press moulding components with unit weights of between 0.3 and 80 kg, measuring from 50 to 425 mm in diameter and up to 800 mm in length. Thanks to our automated and manual manufacturing techniques, we are well equipped to provide large and small batch quantities, e.g. for the aerospace industry. We process alloyed and unalloyed steels as well as precipitation hardening and stainless steels in all forgeable qualities. In our continuous pusher type /rotating hearth furnace plants, we carry out all types of heat treatment in an open furnace atmosphere. Machining technology We are well equipped to handle all standard machining requirements. The company “Hafelder Kunststoffwerk” was founded in 1945 by Mr. Ing. Zittmayr in Hafeld (Upper Austria). Back then, only plastic injection machines were used (source drinking basin production). In 1990, the company was acquired by Friedrich Gruber and continued to operate as a plastic injection moulding plant. Later, the first spare parts for spring basins were produced in-house. (First machine - Emco 342S). More and more lathes were gradually purchased, including two machining centers. From 2000, the company moved to the new premises of a former office furniture factory. Currently, around 100,000 turned parts are manufactured every month from a wide variety of materials such as brass, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, plastic, titanium, steel, etc. In 2002, another turning shop (Ing. Arzberger in Trumau), including machines and customers, was taken over. As a result, our company was almost doubled in size and renamed Hafelder Präzisionteile GmbH. In recent years, production has increasingly switched to special, turned and milled parts and mainly parts have been manufactured which must meet high requirements or have very low tolerances in the thousandths range.
