As a strategic market choice, we decided to focus on offering productive support to all those companies that require products machined from bars in a limited number of pieces, therefore prototypes, small and medium series in all workable materials, using production tools with a high technological content. Machining of precision turned small parts, turning of stainless steel, titanium and aluminum alloys, automatic turning with a CNC moving head and CNC turning and turning plastic material from bar, machining on continuous 5-axis horizontal and vertical value centers. From our CNC moving head lathes, we can obtain, through appropriate programming, pieces from diameter 0.5 to diameter 32 mm, with fixed head CNC lathes up to 70 mm in diameter. The prerogative of moving head lathes is to turn very long pieces, in a specific case up to 1,300 mm with an annual average of 550 production/batch changes per year and to guarantee tolerances on difficult materials and complex geometries, the company uses an appropriate metrological room to guarantee constant quality.
