We are UNISPECIAL S.r.l. – Turing Center Company with over 30 years of turning, milling and machining expertise, located in Vigodarzere, Padua County, in one of the main industrial regions of Italy: Veneto. We are a team of 25 people and operate with a continuously updated machine park of 28 numeric control machine tools, including: - sliding head CNC lathes with bar passages of ø18, ø20, ø25, and ø40 mm - CNC lathes with spindle, counter-spindle and Y axis, with bar passages of up to ø80 mm - twin spindle, twin turret lathes. - 3 and 4 axis work centres capable of machining volumes of 1200x800x800. What we do Our main activity is the production of machined parts, turned and milled parts to drawing in ferrous and nonferrous material: - Small precision parts between Ø2 mm and Ø40 mm as well as very long precision parts up to 3600/3700 mm long – our core business - Machined parts turned and milled from bars up to Ø80 mm - Production of secondary turned parts up to Ø300 mm from slugs or castings Other in-house processes: - thread tapping and rolling - laser marking - keyway slotting - broaching Quality control: - Mitutoyo three-dimensional measuring machine, - computerised profile projector, - surface roughness meter - hardness meter. - PPAP and SPC We can machine all ferrous and non-ferrous materials in rolled, extruded and ground bar stock (including high speed steel, C 35 Pb, C40/45, AISI 303, 304 and 316 stainless steels, steel alloys, titanium, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics). Provided the necessary materials are readily available, orders are normally delivered within one to two working weeks, depending on the complexity of the product involved (unless special machining operations have to be performed externally). Kovovyroba Kralicek s.r.o. is a family‑owned job shop founded in 1993. With 5 modern CNC turning centres (Ø 320 × 600 mm) and a CNC milling centre XYZ RMX 5000 (X 1 000 × Y 400 × Z 500 mm) we machine steel, stainless, aluminium, brass and plastics to ±0.01 mm. TIG / MAG welding up to 5 t, assembly and surface treatment are carried out in‑house. Quality is verified on a Baty optical projector and 3‑axis CMM; material certificates and inspection reports can be supplied on request.
