Tecnospazio is specialized in the production of components for gas turbines, steam turbines and centrifugal compressors. We are equipped with 5-axis milling machines to produce components with complex geometry such as impellers, blisks and stator ring. In addition, we produce casing for turbine and gearboxes, especially with a 5-axis milling machine DIXI in temperature controlled environment. Tecnospazio is equipped with vertical lathes and milling machines that allow us to work up to a diameter of 2500 mm. For over 10 years we work titanium and nickel alloys such as Inconel, Nimonic and Waspalloy. Tecnospazio is organized to respond quickly to customer needs, therefore, all CNC machines run only programs processed with NX CAM and tested with machine simulator VERICUT. We certify our products in metrology laboratory equipped with Zeiss Prismo Super Accuracy.
