Established in 1994, ALLSTAR PROD is a Romanian privately-owned company whose activity is based mainly on production. As the main part of its activity relies on mechanical working, the company can presently boast about manufacturing more than 190 parts and subunits. The products range from carbon steel parts, stainless steel or special steel components for oil production and drilling equipment or for the building industry, to various spare parts for machinery and tools, as well as parts and subunits for foreign customers. Apart from the serial production, the company also processes current orders for different customers, both companies and individuals. It also performs current repairs and complete overhauls of the equipment used in oil production and drilling, in the textile and building industry or in agriculture. On request, the company has anytime the possibility to assimilate or manufacture new parts or subunits. The specialized manufacturing equipment enables tackling any type of metal structures, made either from indigenous or imported materials, by following the process from an early conceptual and design stage up to the product delivery, according to the client’s requirements and to those of the regulations in the field. The company staff, made up of qualified technicians and skilled workers trained in highly experienced companies involved in the light or building industry, have the expertise to solve any kind of problems occurring in the field of metal processing. The computer assisted processing of the drawings and technical documentation provides an adequate accuracy and working efficiency, according to the latest requirements. In acknowledgement of its high- level activity, the company has been granted the international certification of Quality Assurance, according to ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001.
