Kern GmbH is the European manufacturer of technical plastic parts and high-quality semi-finished products for the machinery and equipment. Dominated the extrusion of semi-finished and profiles of cast polyamide to 2t, the injection up to 16 kg, the thermoplastic foam cast up to 16 kg, polyurethane up to 50 kg, thermoforming up to 2 x 2m. We are a medium-size exempt private company and have experience for many years in the plastics processing. Our company is in the beautiful sour country in North-Rhine/Westphalia between Siegen and Dortmund directly to A45. Our products are customized articles from thermoplastic plastics of all industries (e.g. automobile, sanitary, cosmetics, household, mechanical engineering, electrical industry, garden,…), as well as the complex building groups installed from it with accessories. We exclusively work as suppliers and have no own product program. We stand for experience of many years within the range coupled with a competent young team for new ideas, with dynamics and high flexibility beyond that profit we from our the plastics processing. We process all thermoplastic plastics, how e.g. PP, PE, POM, PVC, ABS, Surlyn, PA6.6,…, in addition we can supplement all finished plastics with all usual filling and reinforcement materials! In our modern automatic warehouse we have to store additionally possibilities created their products well-arranged and normal!
