We are a second-generation injection molding business with a 52-year background and over 25 years of know-how in reversible multi-cavity insert integrated proprietary optical gate nozzle hot runner mold bases; this technology allows customers to reduce mold base cost, engineering time, and CNC workshop load time. The entire mold base system and inserts to hold multiple simultaneous and mixed cavities can be custom-designed to suit the customer's dimensional item average dimensions, allowing the customer to recycle mold bases over the years. With our technology, we have been able to produce parts with thicknesses as low as 0.7 mm in 4.5-second cycles, operating at a temperature of 18°C. Cycle times can be further reduced by using more efficient injection molding machines. Of course, the geometry and thickness of the part impose certain limits.
