The focus of our work is the construction and assembly of stair and balcony railings through to larger steel structures for industrial applications. We are suppliers to both industrial and private clients, but thanks to our modern machinery we can also provide various contract work services for other metalworking companies. In addition, we are also specialists in the construction of clean rooms or special custom-made products according to customer specifications. Our company Metalldesign Schmitt was founded in 2010 and is based in the restored ensemble of the former Saarbrücken-Burbach railway repair shop, which has been prepared for all kinds of businesses. With few exceptions, the well-preserved buildings date from the time when the factory was founded (1857) and thus contribute to the unmistakable character of the location. Metalldesign Schmitt has found optimal possibilities here for its production and working conditions. We deal with all types of metal processing. We have modern machines and well-trained specialist staff at our disposal for this purpose. We are a registered welding company and fundamentally certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Especially for the complex requirements in the field of welding technology, we are certified as a specialist welding company according to DIN EN ISO 3834-3. Our team consists of experienced staff Our company has implemented a TÜV-certified quality system for welding works in accordance with the requirements of the SIST EN ISO 3834-2 standard. The supervision of the implementation of the quality system of welding work and welding is carried out by the IWE welding engineer – welding coordinator and the production manager, who has also completed the specialization for the IWE welding engineer. In the company, we ensure that we procure high-quality input materials with appropriate certificates for production, perform control of input materials upon delivery, and ensure proper handling and traceability of input materials. The same applies to additional materials.. In accordance with the quality system, we carry out regular periodic inspections of welding and other equipment and calibration of measuring instruments at authorized organizations within the prescribed time limits. Visual, measurement and non-destructive tests are carried out in-house or in an authorized laboratory for non-destructive tests at SIJ Ravne Systems. After a successful final inspection, our products are properly packed to prevent damage during transport.

Lützel CNC Technik GmbH in Waldstetten, centrally located between Augsburg, Günzburg, Memmingen and Ulm, has been one of the leading suppliers of turned and milled parts and CNC technology for over 23 years. Our company was founded in 1999 by Christian Lützel and currently has 25 employees and two trainees. As a supplier, we have been manufacturing series and precision parts for various areas for years. Our company has PDF document stamping certification for safety-related parts (e.g. vehicle construction). Due to our high standards of quality, adherence to delivery dates and prices in line with the market, we can demonstrate continuous corporate development. We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm. The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm. We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of 3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons. We have a Rösler Trowalizing system to finish the components. All other surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, etc. are carried out via our cooperation partners in this area, here we take over the complete administration for our customers as a service.
