From company to group The original and main activity of the owner-run Group is the manufacturing of aluminium die-cast products for the automotive and component supply industry. Created in 1989, the aluminium die-casting foundry originally made unfinished parts for the European automotive industry. ČZ a.s. Division Al Foundry is a part of the ČZ a.s. holding, which was founded in 1914 and has now 5 different divisions (Al Foundry, Iron Foundry, Tool Shop, Turbo, Auto) and three LLCs - ČZ Chains, ČZ Machine Plant, ČZ Gastro). In 1990 Karl Kampka founded his company Karl Kampka – Chemischer Betrieb in a small garage on the premises of his employer at that time. At first consisting of himself, his family and a colleague, over the past few years the enterprise has grown into a company employing more than 60 persons now. Because of the company’s successful work, the production area was expanded from 700 sq.m. to 1000 sq.m. in 2001, separating the black finishing from the phosphating department which had been located in one production building until then. Power Company Ltd. -former name:Teupen Hungaria Ltd.- is a company established by private individuals in 1994. The company is located in the South-West of Hungary near the Austrian border.
