Our company is a reliable supplier for companies who need castings as raw or machined.Our product range includes the following materials: Grey cast iron, Ductile iron, steel casting for wear applications such as manganese steel casting unalloyed, low-alloy and alloy steel casting parts. After 15 years foundry experience we were able to add value to casting parts. According to need of customer, we can supply parts with added value this means; we can make additional operations after casting such as turning, machining, milling, assembly, Heat Treatement, Coating. Our group consists of one export company (An Dış Ticaret) and two foundries, which specialize in cast iron and cast steel. Both are ISO 9001 certified. Our foundry equipment consists of a medium-frequency induction furnace with a capacity of 500 Kg/hour. In addition to hand moulding we also use the shell moulding process for precies surfaces. Cores are produced by shell moulding process and by a CO2 (aminegas) core machine. Our foundry is speacialized on hydraulic parts,valve parts, machine parts,tool parts and wear-ressistant cast steel. Our sales to Europen countries, Russia, United Kingdom, Austrlia, Canada, South America and United states is annually around 1.200.000 €

During the years following its foundation COOPTIM manufactured various precision machined parts. From the middle of the 80s COOPTIM had specialized in the production of wire feed systems for MIG/MAG welding equipment. Production of the first generation wire feeding systems started in 1983. During the past 40 years COOPTIM had evolved to become one of the world’s leading independent wire feed manufacturer which has been exporting its products since 1985, currently to some 40 countries. A number of products developed by the COOPTIM are protected by international patents. COOPTIM delivers its products primarily to foreign welding equipment manufacturers, which can be fitted into any machinery ranging from small hobby equipment through large industrial units to welding robots. Between 2009 and 2018 the annual produced quantity ranged between 20,000 and 25,000. COOPTIM’s wire feed systems are manufactured to serve various customer needs. Product can be classified into four main categories: integrated units, plastic units, aluminum units special units manufactured for welding robots which comply with the requirements of Industry 4.0. In addition to the production of wire feed mechanics and their parts, we also produce various welding machine building components. Furthermore, we are in contact with many partners who are completely independent of the welding industry. Production is conducted in four organizational units: the machining shop, the assembly shop, the sheet iron shop and the plastics shop. Thanks to the wide range of machines, the company can operate independently of external market players. This results flexibility in production and easy service to customer needs. COOPTIM designs its own tools and manufactures their majority in its own tool shop.

Teknomecc Srl is a company that operates in various industrial sectors, specialized in the production of small metal parts turned and milled according to the customer's design. Thanks to highly specialized and qualified personnel in the field of turning and milling of mechanical components, Teknomecc is known and appreciated on the market, and is equipped with an internal technical study to guarantee high quality components. The production is made of different materials: automatic, construction, hardening and case hardening steels, stainless steel Aisi 303, 304, 316, 420, 430F, 630, 904, titanium, aluminum 2011, 6060, 6082, ergal, brass, ecobrass , nickel silver, bronze, delrin. Teknomecc manufactures products obtained from a bar from a minimum of 0.8 mm to a maximum of 32mm. The small metal parts, turned and milled to design, are intended for the following industrial sectors: general mechanics, automation, electronics, fashion accessories, eyewear, dental, medical, telecommunications, hydraulic, naval, furniture and refrigeration. Teknomecc is able to offer its customers components with subsequent surface treatments, such as polishing, galvanic treatments, heat treatments and adjustments thanks to expert suppliers who have been operating in the sector for years. We have been an international automotive supplier for turned and milled parts for more than 30 years and have specialized in the production of castings, forges, sheet metal, stamped and deep-drawn parts. We supply finished components for engine and transmission components as well as for electromagnetic actuators, sensors and valve technology. Milling We can produce unique or serial parts with our DMU 50T CNC milling machine and SolidWorks CAM software. We are also able to modify or rework existing products. Laser engraving We can engrave and cut laminated plastic materials with a 40W laser engraving machine. It can be any shape, text or picture according to your needs and imagination. Maximum size: 280mm x 180mm Material type: smooth or metallic brushed type Measurement We own a Platinum Faro Arm 8', with 1,7m granite table inside climatized measurement room. We are able to perform measurement for our own gages but also for our customer parts (simple dimensional measurements, normality study, Cp/Cpk...).
