Nitera Mold company was founded in 2017 in a corporation with Nitera doo founded in 2000, and is engaged in consulting services and construction of metal substructures and structures. The production program offers tailor made production line equipment, so most of our products are unique, and there is also serial production capacity. HSC milling (high-speed cutting) on our 3-axis portal milling machines with a possible speed of 60000 rpm enables us to process the highest quality economically. With this form of processing, even the smallest contours or engravings can be made. In doing so, we consistently use the latest technologies with our CAD systems for data preparation and CAM for programming. Thanks to vacuum clamping technology, we can produce delicate sheet metal processes such as milled pockets, sinks, chamfers, radii and threads without deformation and without altering the structure of the base material. Our extensive aluminum warehouse allows us a short reaction and production time for your products. You can also provide us with your material for processing with your individual specifications.
