We are a medium company from the model, mold and tool making. We have 8 CNC - milling machines run in two-shift operation. There are a wide variety of materials, processes both via CAD / CNC and conventional. We design in Catia V5 and Tebis and manufacture both pre-production and series tools. Our tools are among others also performed with pneumatic, electric and hydraulic. In addition, work is also very strong in development and prototype construction. Our company was born in 1993 and owned by the Balogh family. Its two basic activity is injection moulding and plastic injection. Our main competence is described in our mission: “We realize your idea!” It means that we can manage the customer’s complete project from development through mould manufacturing to product injection. We are well known for our ever competitive prices resulting from the complete project management and the firm knowledge accumulated by many years of experience. The company’s customer base is threefold: on one side we are long term suppliers of Hungarian and international industrial companies, General Electric Hungary being our main reference with a partnership since 1996. On the other side we are fulfilling standalone industrial and consumer orders, for example we developed and delivered 40,000 pieces of plastic bucket to Procter&Gamble Hungary. Finally we are manufacturing our own consumer plastic products, such as food storage boxes, cups, combs etc. to our wholesale dealer partners. The injection moulding is supported by CNC controlled equipment, while the plastic injection plant has 15 machines with capability to manufacture plastic products up to 200 grams. Most of our employees are with us for more than 10 years helping the company with their experience to fulfill even the highest quality demands. MECANICAS MOL-PRECI, S.A, has been designing and manufacturing for more than 30 years high quality precision moulds for thermoplastic and thermosetting materials injection and die casting moulds for aluminum and zamak. Our annual productive capacity is 95.000 hours and until now, we have manufactured more than 3.500 moulds. Our maximum size is up to 10.000 kg. With the following dimensions: 2m x 1m x 1m. All these years have helped us to acquire experience, technical elements and a qualified staff to guarantee our clients, besides competitive price and the respect of the accorded deadlines, a complete service of information and checking until the end of the process and official approval of the moulds and pieces. We certify the quality of our moulds and carry out preliminary production runs and dimensional analysis in the Moulds and Died Test Laboratory, situated in ASCAMM’ s Technologic Centre (Catalonian Special Tooling Association) of which our company is member. We take in numerous areas like automotive, agriculture, medical/clinical, household, cosmetic, closures etc..... Our recognized status in the world of mould construction both in Spain and in the rest of Europe is due to our know-how, the quality of our production, and the continuous integration of new techniques (CNC, CAD-CAM).
