Our company was born in 1993 and owned by the Balogh family. Its two basic activity is injection moulding and plastic injection. Our main competence is described in our mission: “We realize your idea!” It means that we can manage the customer’s complete project from development through mould manufacturing to product injection. We are well known for our ever competitive prices resulting from the complete project management and the firm knowledge accumulated by many years of experience. The company’s customer base is threefold: on one side we are long term suppliers of Hungarian and international industrial companies, General Electric Hungary being our main reference with a partnership since 1996. On the other side we are fulfilling standalone industrial and consumer orders, for example we developed and delivered 40,000 pieces of plastic bucket to Procter&Gamble Hungary. Finally we are manufacturing our own consumer plastic products, such as food storage boxes, cups, combs etc. to our wholesale dealer partners. The injection moulding is supported by CNC controlled equipment, while the plastic injection plant has 15 machines with capability to manufacture plastic products up to 200 grams. Most of our employees are with us for more than 10 years helping the company with their experience to fulfill even the highest quality demands. MECANICAS MOL-PRECI, S.A, has been designing and manufacturing for more than 30 years high quality precision moulds for thermoplastic and thermosetting materials injection and die casting moulds for aluminum and zamak. Our annual productive capacity is 95.000 hours and until now, we have manufactured more than 3.500 moulds. Our maximum size is up to 10.000 kg. With the following dimensions: 2m x 1m x 1m. RONAS s. r. o. has currently about 280 employees and reached a turnover of 9,7 million EUR in the year 2006.

Our registered office is located in Schönheide, a nice industrial and business place in western Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) (New Federal States). My company is located since the beginning of 1992 in a newly constructed factory building and is equipped with modern technology. By the use of two CNC- tool milling machines (maximum travel 1.50 x 1.00 x 1.00 m), two HSC machining centres and a 5 – axle – CNC – milling machine we are able to work effectively. The operations are prepared by modern CAD / CAM workstations like: Pro Engineer, Gib-Cam, Depo-Cam and Auto-CAD-Mechanical Desktop. By means of these systems we are able to accept and process data of our customers in all common formats in order to carry out thus every machining task with the most effective milling strategy. We are 17 employees and produce synthetic and metal patterns, permanent moulds, tools and jigs as well as complete pattern devices and match plates. The Molds department designs and manufactures moulds both for third parties and for internal needs. The department consists of a technical office that analyzes and studies the equipment commissioned to verify the times and technical specifications, and a modern workshop that follows all the construction phases. Together with the Stamping department, it carries out the testing of the equipment made up to the final set-up. Zamak moulding. The Stamping department, in addition to testing the equipment produced by the moulds department, takes care of the moulding and all the subsequent processing steps to which the parts are submitted before delivery. The technologies used in the department are two, by die-casting and by centrifugal moulding. Die-casting is used for the production of parts with high runs and for the production of technical parts with reduced dimensional tolerances, the centrifugal moulding is used for the realization of medium / small series and "pilot" parts.
