The packaging and logistics is done according to the customer. h2> Mould /h2> The molds for zinc and plastic parts are designed and manufactured in-house tool. The design department works with the CAD system (AutoCAD 2004 and Inventor 8) and the CAM system (MasterCam 9). It can take place a data exchange formats such as on DWG, DXF, IGES, Step and satellite. All initial samples are measured by us and upon customer a first sample test report is created. The forms must be kept for safety in a special fireproof storage room. The machinery consists of five CNC milling machines (max. 500 x 400 mm), four manual and four controlled die sinking machines and various machine tools. By the trained in-house young we always expand (annual) our team in tool making.
