The company “Hafelder Kunststoffwerk” was founded in 1945 by Mr. Ing. Zittmayr in Hafeld (Upper Austria). Back then, only plastic injection machines were used (source drinking basin production). In 1990, the company was acquired by Friedrich Gruber and continued to operate as a plastic injection moulding plant. Later, the first spare parts for spring basins were produced in-house.
