d&h was founded in 2000 by Mr. F. D`Emma, B. D`Emma and Mr. Holzinger. All three have more than 20 years experience in the field of plastic processing. It starts with the production of high precision PUR gaskets with the so called injection-stamping treatment. Due to the very good development of our business, d&h decided to built a new prduction facility. In the middle of 2009 we moved into our new building which gives us all the necessary environmental to proceed our growth.

We are a medium-sized full-service provider based in Wolf book in Creglingen. Our expertise lies in the development and production of plastic parts, technical parts and other consumer goods and wages foams with 1K PUR foam. We currently manage projects (plastic and aluminum) for various clients in the field the one-component foam gaskets from and intend to expand our capacity in this Expand business.

The main activity of our company is the production of injection molds. From design to manufacturing the first sample parts everything is planned by us, manufactured and tested. From design to manufacturing everything is planned, manufactured and tested by us. This can be from a simple on-off tool to tools with complex functions to be. So may be included in the tool, for example, mechanical or hydraulic slide, Schrägauswerfer, Ausschraubkerne or pneumatic movements. In the area of 2K Injection (2 components), we have collected a lot of experience in recent years. Thanks to a long-standing collaboration with a partner company (which specializes in laser welding and laser cladding on), we can offer a repair service in this area. This can easily be done in no time and repairs received or changes to hardened inserts, cutting punches, matrices or other moldings or cutting elements. Contract work Whether small series or individual pieces, we will do a variety of work on our CNC machines. Materials such as plastic, aluminum, brass, Stainless steel and various steel grades we have in stock, or obtain them via our reliable suppliers within a very short time. Even smaller series of punching and bending parts are manufactured on customer request. The company Plastec was incorporated in 1998 and it has become a heavyweight in the plastics-processing industry in the meantime. Plastec makes its know-how, experts and technology available for the most different requirements: ranging from the development up to the production of plastic articles at the highest level. MUCELL Technic- and Service-center: In cooperation with the company Trexel Inc. in the U.S.A., Plastec has erected a pilot plant for customer-specific applications. The MuCell® process permits shorter cycle times, material savings, reduced injection pressures and closing powers. Due to the lower closing powers many components can be manufactured on smaller machines than before. The following quality aspects have been improved: distortion, sink marks and internal tensions. Even thin-walled components can be manufactured with the process for which all other foam and expansion processes faild so far. TOOL MANUFACTURING: Plastec has its own tool manufacture. It focuses on the creation of prototype tools and also smaller series tools if required. All prototypes are incorporated cost-effective in the parent molds, only shaping tool components are exchanged. Plastec manufactures prototypes and series tools up to a size of approx. 400 x 400 mm.
