RILPLAST snc is a company active for over thirty years in the injection molding of thermoplastics and technopolymers. Inserted in the dynamic artisan reality of Lower Sebino, over the years the company has developed skills and experience in the most varied sectors of application of plastic, from products for early childhood, to articles in the electrical and electronic appliance sector , from the hospital and medical sector to that of sporting goods, lighting engineering, automotive and food packaging. Certification and high quality of raw materials, use of any thermoplastic material from commodities to technopolymers and a technologically advanced machine park, which includes 26 injection presses with tonnages ranging from 6 to 450 tons fully automated, presses for micro molding and vertical presses for insert overmoulding, plus a whole series of complementary machinery, allow the company to work all the main plastic materials in the best possible way, creating both standard and technical details.

We have been working on machining since 25 years, we have an outstanding team of engineers, a modern machine park and professional CAD/CAM software that allows us to comprehensively execute almost every order related to CNC machining. Our specialty is the production of details on CNC automatic lathes with diameters from 3 to 68 mm with the use of bar feeder up to 300 mm in semi-automatic operation. We mill in materials such as: steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood. All orders are executed based on the most modern numerically controlled machines, which enable us to process surfaces from 2D to 5D. We also offer a wide range of services: engraving, drilling, threading, sanding, polishing, painting, electroplating coatings. We specialize in large-scale production of more than 5000 pieces. We also realize medium orders from 500 to 5000 pieces. In special cases, we make prototype series and individual orders.

We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm. The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm. We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of 3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons. We have a Rösler Trowalizing system to finish the components. All other surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, etc. are carried out via our cooperation partners in this area, here we take over the complete administration for our customers as a service.
