Through our new building in 1989 optimum working conditions for 50 staff members were created. In order to manufacture these products economically and flexibly, we manufacture these parts in various stages of operation on universal tools. This tool costs are reduced to a minimum. Difficult drawn parts are manufactured in several operations on single-cavity molds. At Hydraulic Presses Plate Pendant different kinds are marked. Quality assurance Building on the insight that only makes a consistent quality of our products long term existence in the market possible, we have in our home a quality assurance system according to DIN-EN-ISO 9000 and the guidelines VDA 6 of the automotive industry established. Components of our QA system are: Modern quality control methods such as: analysis potentioneller errors and consequences (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), capability studies, resources monitoring ... Qualified employees, and the implementation of knowledge from the teaching quality, guarantee a consistent quality to our customers. Already during the manufacturing process ensures the quality of the products with the help of self test and SPC.
