We are a medium-size exempt private company and have experience for many years in the plastics processing. Our company is in the beautiful sour country in North-Rhine/Westphalia between Siegen and Dortmund directly to A45. Our products are customized articles from thermoplastic plastics of all industries (e.g. automobile, sanitary, cosmetics, household, mechanical engineering, electrical industry, garden,…), as well as the complex building groups installed from it with accessories. We exclusively work as suppliers and have no own product program. We stand for experience of many years within the range coupled with a competent young team for new ideas, with dynamics and high flexibility beyond that profit we from our the plastics processing. We have parts with Shot weight jet moulding machines within the closing force range of 250 kN to 2700 kN, with those con approx. 0,1gr. to approx. 450 gr. fully automatic to be produced can. We process all thermoplastic plastics, how e.g. PP, PE, POM, PVC, ABS, Surlyn, PA6.6,…, in addition we can supplement all finished plastics with all usual filling and reinforcement materials! Progresas, AB produce welded / assembled production made from carbon sheet and tube steel. Our main work consist of carbon steel preparation and finishing processes such as metal cutting, bending, carbon steel plate rolling up to 16 mm, MIG/MAG and flux welding, blasting and wet dyeing. We specialize in sheet metal processing from 2 to 35 mm thickness. We do not specialize in massive production where is necessary CNC turning, CNC milling, though we have turning and milling machinery. We make small amounts of stainless steel constructions for the prime customers, also. Progresas AB produce: 1. metal constructions for machinery, agricultural and building industry, industrial heating boilers, containers etc. 2. cylinder metal constructions 1 – 16 mm sheet thick, up to 6000 mm width., up to 20 tons weight. e.g. horizontal cylinder tanks according to EN 12285 according to the certificate for oil up to 100 m3. Production is temporally canceled by stamping metal fastening and furniture fitting items, radiators on presses in pressure range 40 – 800 tons.

Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us.
