We are a very flexible and reliable plastics processor with our own tool shop in central Germany. The tools are completely manufactured and sampled in-house. In plastics production, we work with 16 injection molding machines with locking forces between 15 and 800 tons. We mainly work with machines from Arburg, but we also use machines from Battenfeld, Engel and Hemscheidt. In addition to tool production and injection molding, assemblies can also be assembled and plastic parts can be printed.

The process combines the freedom of plastic injection moulding with the properties of metals. At REINER, a selection of low-alloy and stainless steels is used here. PRECISION CUTTING with forming technology In the field of precision stamping and forming technology REINER offers a range of processes and technologies for high-precision stamped and bent parts. Fine punching, hydraulic bending processes, NC punching or NC bending are as much a part of this as laser cutting.
