The company STN Neugersdorf was founded in 2007. Meanwhile five people are employed. Our main task refers to the precision welding using the TIG process of stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum-magnesium alloys, cast iron, copper, brass, titanium and chromium-nickel. In addition, we weld assemblies according to customer request and requirement in the MIG and MAG welding using the latest processor-controlled and water-cooled, double-pulsed Rehm and Cloos systems. ALAT is specialist for construction and production of precise tools for metal forming by plastic deformation, molds for injection of synthetic materials and non-ferrous metals. We own an 100 ton eccentric press for production of parts from sheet metal. Due to the lower closing powers many components can be manufactured on smaller machines than before. The following quality aspects have been improved: distortion, sink marks and internal tensions. Even thin-walled components can be manufactured with the process for which all other foam and expansion processes faild so far. TOOL MANUFACTURING: Plastec has its own tool manufacture. It focuses on the creation of prototype tools and also smaller series tools if required. All prototypes are incorporated cost-effective in the parent molds, only shaping tool components are exchanged. Plastec manufactures prototypes and series tools up to a size of approx. 400 x 400 mm.
