Ladies and Gentlemen’s, We are a Polish producer of mechanical parts. We employ qualified engineers for the production processes and quality control. Production processes are prepared on the based of an insightful analysis of customer requirements, and own production capacity. The price offer is also a guarantee for the customer, receives a product that complies with the requirements of quality and strictly within the agreed delivery period. We produce and delivery: 1. CNC turning of metal parts with a maximum diameter of 250 mm and a length of 400 mm. - the accuracy of turning +/- 0,005mm (IT5-IT6) - obtained surface quality to Ra0,63 / Rz4 - machined materials: Stainless steel, black steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, plastics; 2. CNC 4-axis milling of metal parts with maximum dimensions 750x500x500 mm. -precision of milling +/- 0.01 mm (IT6)? -the resulting surface quality to Ra0,8 / Rz6,3 - machined materials: Stainless steel, black steel, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, plastics 3. We cooperate with carefully selected service providers for the following areas: - laser cutting of sheet metal - thickness up to 20mm - plasma cutting sheet metal - thickness up to 100 mm - sheet metal bending on press brakes - MIG, MAG and TIG welding - other processes related to the machining of sheet metal and welded machine parts (shot blasting, powder coating) We provide production of parts strictly according to customer requirements, by working on our own quality assurance system based on the requirements of our customers from Switzerland and Germany, consisting in: - preparation of production including a detailed analysis of the customer's requirements - careful control of acceptance materials and semi-products - systematic inspections during production and immediately corrective actions - specific selection process for material suppliers and subcontractors of additional services - careful protection of goods during delivery to the customer Best regards Eng.
