Hans Breuckmann founded our company in July 1966. In his one-man operation, he manufactured permanent mould casting parts from brass and silicon tombac in self-built furnaces. He gathered extensive practical experience while working as operations manager in a leading medium-sized enterprise. We are now in our second generation under the leadership of Volker Breuckmann and work with 80 employees to achieve joint success. The traditional permanent mould casting process has been supplemented by pressure die casting technology for heavy metals. Our range is completed by in-house mould construction and toolmaking, CNC machining technology and HSC milling technology. We are able to cover a complete work cycle with all required production steps, from designing a cast to mechanical processing. This provides us with direct access to all departments, which guarantees high quality and flexibility. The die is already cast for the future of our traditional company. Following his apprenticeship, Michael Breuckmann will join the company and follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, thus bringing the company into its third generation.

Almos d.o.o. was founded in 2001 as a private green field investment. Our core business is the production of high pressure aluminium die casting parts of various fields of use. Due to the need of increasing the volume of production and to constantly improve the quality of our products, in 2015 a project was started to build a new production hall and purchasing of new machines, which will increase the capacity and quality of production, as well as the number of employees. The project was completed in 2017 and the current production capacity is 2500 tonnes per year. By constantly improving working conditions, improving quality and increasing productivity, our goal is to be a reliable partner to our customers. Our plant is also equipped with the appropriate machines, tools and machinery, that in addition to untreated or semi-finished castings, final processed castings can also be delivered. Casting We are currently casting parts in varying dimensions and mass, from 0,03 up to 5,2 kg. We are capable of casting parts with a weight of max. 15 kg. At the moment we have 11 high pressure die casting machines ranging from 200t to 1350t. During the process of high pressure die casting, metal alloy is injected at high speed and high pressure into the mould. The high pressure die casting process allows for producing high amounts of thin walled and other complex shapes. The die cast parts have a smooth and clean surface finish. The NRU GmbH was founded in 1992 as NRU precision technology GbR by the three partners Dr. Jürgen Jahn, Dr. Ludwig Kant and Dr. Hubert Zeidler. In 1999 2007, the company name, the company name was changed to Precision Technology GmbH NRU and renamed NRU GmbH. The objective at its foundation was, with new developments in the field of rapid prototyping, such as stereolithography to combine classical manufacturing methods such as casting, and so to allow effective production of investment castings in small quantities. Nava Endüstri Ürünleri San. ve Tic. is a manufacturing company, which produces Zinc and Aluminium alloy pressure die castings. It has also facilities for tool making, where it makes its own die casting tools as well as plastic injection molding tools. Nava has also the capability to do secondary work on the die castings such as deburring, grinding,vibratory finishing, drilling, tapping. It also realizes the assembly of die castings with eachother or with other parts. The electroplating and powderpainting jobs are also performed with secondary suppliers under control of Nava.
