AREM-CNC is a precision machining company specialized in the production of custom machined components and industrial fasteners for demanding industrial applications. Founded in 2014, we operate from a 2,000 m² production facility with a team of 20 skilled professionals and a strong focus on quality, reliability, and traceability. We manufacture a wide range of components such as bolts, studs, nuts, washers, pins, shafts, rods, and custom-machined parts, produced according to customer drawings or physical samples. Our production capacity exceeds one million parts per year, covering both medium and large series. AREM-CNC is highly specialized in difficult-to-machine and high-performance materials, including: Inconel (600–718) Monel (400, K500) Hastelloy (C22, C276) Super Duplex and Duplex steels Titanium Stainless and alloy steels according to DIN, ASTM, and ISO standards Our machining capabilities include CNC turning, CNC milling, wire EDM, laser marking for heat and batch traceability, special threading (metric and custom), and thermal assembly (shrink fitting by heat and cold). We can machine parts up to 1500 mm in length with tolerances down to ±0.01 mm. Quality and traceability are core values of our operation. AREM-CNC is ISO 9001:2015 certified (Applus+), with full control of materials, heat numbers, documentation, and batch identification. Mechanical tests such as hardness and material verification are performed through accredited external laboratories. With advanced CNC machinery (Okuma, Mori Seiki, Fanuc, Microcut), comprehensive metrology equipment (Mitutoyo), and an internal digital management system, AREM-CNC is a reliable partner for industries such as energy, oil & gas, nuclear, industrial pumps, construction, and heavy industry.
