Automatic turning

1915: Founding Maschinenfabrik Berger was founded on 27.10.1915 by Ludwig Berger. The company's headquarters have always been located at Wienerstraße 35 in Knittelfeld. From the beginning to the end of the 1970s, in addition to special structures for various industries, machines were mainly produced for processing and transporting wood. 1950s: Development of two series products In the 1950s, the machine factory succeeded in developing two “real” series products: A motor-driven loom for producing reed mats and a press for pressing reeds into insulation boards.
