The VS CAST AG is a leading company for the production of thin-walled castings of black and white malleable and gray and ductile iron with a weight of 1 g to about 2,0 kg. Every month, around 15 million pieces of various design are produced. Our manufacturing process enables the casting of complex geometries with wall thicknesses from 2 mm thickness. We are a medium sized company with about 20 employees and make printing and die castings of aluminum and zinc according to customer requirements here. We manufacture in die casting machines with clamping forces between 160 and 300 tons, unit weights 5-3000 grams. The following alloys are mainly shed by us: 226 D, 230 D, Silafont 09, 231 K, 410 and ZN1110 ZN. Neber the foundry, we have the ability to edit the gegossenene of us parts to customer specifications.
