Since 1971 OTIM provides custom sheet metal stamping services, including blanking, deep drawing and bending for various industrial sectors: automotive, industrial air conditioning, electromechanical, construction and household appliances. Starting from the drawing or from a prototype, Otim is able to follow the design and construction of equipment and details, covering the entire process of product industrialization and contributing to the optimization of the production process with a costs reduction and a qualitative improvement approach. Consultancy, prototypes and series parts For more than 50 years Sass-metal manufactures drawing, deep drawing and bending parts especially for the rubber processing industry. After the experience gained we support at an early stage of development very strictly to our clients in the development and improvement of rubber-metal parts. With the help of in-house design (SolidWorks) the designs can be quickly implemented in tools and prototypes in our own tool. Already in this phase is taken by using a robust quality to mass production techniques. For series production will be built depending on the part geometry insertion progressive or transfer dies. In the part surface (oiled, washed or provided with corrosion protection) take note of the special requirements of vulcanization. As the base material cold and hot bands are used in the thickness range between 1 and 5 mm. To meet the need for lighter components, we also process steel up to 600 N / mm ².
