Niebuhr Tandhjulsfabrik has a very large range of state-of-the-art machinery, complete with equipment capable of manufacturing gearwheels, cutting off discs, turning, boring, milling, slotting, toothing, hardening and grinding, including flank grinding. OWN HARDENING PLANT As something out of the ordinary for the industry, Niebuhr has its own hardening plant, enabling us to control price, quality, delivery time and price as costly, time-consuming transportation between hardening plant and production is not required. Being independent of external hardening under contract also ensures a high degree of flexibility. RELIABILITY OF DELIVERY Niebuhr Tandhjulsfabrik makes to order, only, supplying products in major chains of supplies; therefore, delivery on time is essential to ensure uninterrupted production processes at our customers. Thanks to thorough production planning, we are able to execute major orders within 3-5 weeks on average, but in emergency situations, our customers can always rely on lightning quick delivery of minor, urgent tasks.
