In the turning shop, a wide variety of machining services are provided for a large number of customers at the Bitterfeld-Wolfen site and in the region. The spectrum ranges from conventional turning to a diameter of 4000 mm and a length of 6000 mm, to mechanical processing on boring machines, 2 of which are CNC-controlled, on vertical lathes, on a cycle-controlled lathe and on various milling and grinding machines -, planing and drilling machines.

On request, your turned parts can be laser marked or machined on our CNC engraving machine. The precision parts are separated from the coolant oil by the cleaning system so that the workpieces are delivered oil-free. Through the use of tooling devices and carefully thought-out production processes, our team is able to deliver quality and timely work. The quality is also checked on our optical measuring devices. 100% testing is possible upon customer request. Individual processing of the manufactured parts, such as grinding, galvanizing, chroming and hardening, is carried out by our experienced suppliers and can be delivered with a test report on request. Combining, assembling and completing elements to form an assembly is also possible. Basically, our goal is to open up to new manufacturing processes so that we can always offer precision work.
