We are a company with extensive experience in machining and the fixture. The services range from the special design of parts, assemblies production to production parts. Our qualified team of 6 employees put your wishes with the latest CNC technology to accurately and on time. We have been manufacturing for a wide range of customers and industries since 1992 - from the electronics, glass or automotive industries to mechanical engineering. State-of-the-art machines enable us to produce at the highest level of precision. In the newly built production hall in 2000 we mill parts up to 3000x800x720mm, we turn with a bar diameter of 80mm, chuck parts up to 300mm in diameter and we grind with max. 800x500mm. Series production is permanently checked in the measuring machine, measuring range 406x365x305mm. As a medium-sized company based in the Bavarian Forest, we and our employees are particularly challenged to assert ourselves on the market. For our production, this means being more perfect, cheaper and more reliable than the competition. As a specialist in machining, ZTS manufactures turned and milled parts from non-ferrous metals, quality and stainless steels, plastics or high-alloy special steels. Our production is geared towards small and medium series - therefore flexible and open to all customer requests. Zümre Makina is a CNC services company that has machines with 3, 4, and 5 axes. There are also CNC Lathes and fully automatic CNC Swiss type turning machines available. After the parts have been CNC machined, CNC turned, and Swiss turned, the products can be surface polished.
