Our enterprise is a private company which continues the 25-year tradition of clutch and brake production in Ostrzeszów, Poland. The company was established in 1993. We employ a highly qualified staff of over a hundred and have our own research and development base. The company was founded in 2003 by the transfer of ownership from the long-standing (1980) family business "MIAZ" non-ferrous metal foundry.
