In order to manufacture these products economically and flexibly, we manufacture these parts in various stages of operation on universal tools. This tool costs are reduced to a minimum. Difficult drawn parts are manufactured in several operations on single-cavity molds. At Hydraulic Presses Plate Pendant different kinds are marked. Universal bending Dancing allow folding in almost all degrees. Quality assurance Building on the insight that only makes a consistent quality of our products long term existence in the market possible, we have in our home a quality assurance system according to DIN-EN-ISO 9000 and the guidelines VDA 6 of the automotive industry established. Components of our QA system are: Modern quality control methods such as: analysis potentioneller errors and consequences (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), capability studies, resources monitoring ... Qualified employees, and the implementation of knowledge from the teaching quality, guarantee a consistent quality to our customers. As for machining of more specific shaped plastic product we are no so experienced and therefore we use approved professionals. Due to modern work management, we are able to reach short delivery times. 100% identification and control of exported parts is the most important operation for us. CUTTING We are experts in shaped parts. We offer laser, plasma and flame cutting. We stock common grades of material, but if the customer has any special request we will try to accommodate him. We are able to arrange water jet cutting. We prefer cutting of aluminum alloys and stainless steel with this technology. We can offer different types of marking parts, for example laser marking and dot peen plate marking. BENDING We enjoy unusual bending . We are equipped by a lot of bending tools. We bend plates up to 15mm, but we are able to arrange bending of thicker material with our partners. We are experienced in design bending without trace of tools mainly for food industry. We are able to bend up to 4 meter long part with thickness of 6mm. WELDING We are focused on MIG/MAG/TIG technology welding. We use precision welding tables which are equipped with many clamping tools. We have no problem with steel constructions, water seal tanks, robot frames atc. We are able to weld smaller parts as well as massive steel construction up to 3 tons. We have a lot of experience with weldments for food industry. We can provide some leak test for example helium test, pressure test and capillary test. We also have some experience with aluminum welding. I the end of this process we run a visual quality check of welds to achieve the best result. SURFACE TREATMENT We can provide bead blasting and glass or ceramic blasting of different parts. We cooperate with partners in galvanizing, hot dip galvanizing and bluing. We are able to provide powder coating of all shades of RAL. We can offer powder coating of small parts as well as huge weldments to maximum weight of 3 HEAT TREATMENT Heat treatment is used mostly to reached to required mechanical and technological properties of metal parts. For this technology we use our professional partners. We offer steel tempering, annealing, hardening, cementation and nitrided.tuns. We are ok with part by part or 1000 pcs series. We can provide anodizing, chromeplating and wet painting.
