We are a young, small company engaged in machining metals and other materials. We are located in Spodnje Gorje, Slovenia, where we currently rent 200m2 of working space. We have many years of experience in the field of cnc processing, before we decided to work independently in this field. We currently have two cnc milling machines, a grinding machine, a coordinate measuring machine, immersion erosion, and some classic machining machines. As a base materials for process of galvanization appropriate are: steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium or ABS plastics. In the process of galvanizing, one or more extremely thin layers of only a few µm (1/1000 mm) are deposited onto the base material in the so-called galvanic cell. The product that is going to be coated is immersed into a metal salt solution (electrolytes) and connected with the negative pole (cathode) of a direct current source.
