We present in great detail the technological opportunities of one of the factories of ZMM Bulgaria Holding JSC, ZMM Nova Zagora which is specialized for the production of gear wheels – spur and helical gears.Factory is equipped with gear grinding machines type Reishauer and Okamoto and also well equipped control laboratory. In February ZMM Nova Zagora, put into operation a new gear-grinding machine Niles ZE400/500 of the German company KAPP-NILES. The machine was purchased with the support of the Ministry of Economics and the Operational Program "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013". It achieves quality 4 according to DIN 3962 for profile grinding of cylindrical gears with a maximum diameter of 500 mm. The machine is supplied with CAM software for creating a programs. ZMM Nova Zagora produce mechanical multiple friction disks clutches, spare parts, sprockets, toothed belt pulleys, accessories and units (gear boxes) for metalcutting machines, agricultural machines, woodworking machines and other machine tools. There is also workshop for thermal treatment as cementation and induction hardening. ZMM Nova Zagora is certified according ISO 9001:2000 and executes orders from European companies.
