As a contract manufacturing operation in the field of CNC machining, we are equipped with the latest CNC machines and measuring instruments. The company focuses on precision machined parts, in the area of 5-axis simultaneous machining. Production is in the numbers 1-10000, that we are moving in the typical one-off production, prototypes to small batch production. We finished with the claim precision in manufacturing in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, aerospace, tooling, IT industry, defense, electronics, automotive, fuel cell research and work with various research institutes together. As a contract manufacturer, we also offer ultrasound-assisted milling (Ultrasonic). We ((Aluoxid), tungsten carbide, zirconia, carbides, nitrides, etc., such as glass, ceramic) is milled with diamond tools in the so called Advanced Materials. So far we have the following materials processed in the hard state as: Pane glass, Zerodur, variousHard metals, ceramics (Aluoxid Al2O3), zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, marble stone, granite, boron carbide, Syalon. In these materials, we also bring in thread from size M3. We are the German sales company of the KUAN YI Group. The company was founded in Taiwan in 1989 and today consists of 7 production sites with over 2,000 production machines and 1,200 employees in Asia. We take care of customs clearance and fast delivery within a few days from our production sites.

HSP Schwahlen GmbH was founded in 1945. From on 1951 the production had been focused on adapter and withdrawal sleeves being the basis of our current line. At the beginning of the eighties CNC production of goods having greater dimensions was introduced. HSP supplies all main bearing manufacturers as well as the larger distributors. The standard production range on adapter and withdrawal sleeves, nuts and locking devices is completed by optional hydraulic assistance, abnormal metric inner diameter or complete inch-sized sleeves as well as all specialties based on customer specifications. Besides this we manufacture hydraulic nuts as well as precisely turned and milled thin-walled parts. Since 2000 HSP is also manufacturing various kinds of cages for bearings from 100 - 4000 mm outer diameter in high quality, small lot sizes and variable material (brass, steel, bronze, aluminium, ...) according to customers requirements. In this segment we produce for all main bearing manufacturers. In addition to the production know-how HSP has continuously improved quality, logistics and administration. This leads to the high level of quality, delivery conditions and service of HSP. At our newly built production facility in Langenfeld, established in 2001 and in between extended several times, we manufacture with the latest technology including 3D-measuring equipment. The certification of the quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and of the environmental management system based on DIN EN ISO 14001 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited underlines the endeavour to achieve highest possible precision and satisfaction of our customers as well as the best possible environmental sustainability. E&K GmbH is active in the field of metal cutting. We have two CNC milling machines and two CNC lathes. We offer complete production of individual components/prototypes as well as small series. From mid-July 2023, we will also be offering cylindrical grinding and surface grinding. We also support our customers in fixture construction.
