Production of drawing parts mainly with machining processes

Established over 40 years ago and proudly remaining a privately owned family company, we can either make complete or source your metal machined components using our vast knowledge of engineering experience.

We specialize in the production of special ball bearings, Gleit-/Laufrollen, complete carriage units, extruded parts and balls of steel. We are also manufacture plastic parts as a spray or rotary parts in the situation.

The Linner Tooling GmbH is a family owned company in Wolnzach near Munich with about 120 employees. We are on the market now for about 30 years and are known for reliable quality, customer focused services and a very high degree of flexibility. To keep our position in the future we focused on three separate and highly specialized divisions. Precision series production Our series production deals with companies in the electronic industry mainly. For those companies a high quantity of products in good quality matters and so we use our turning automats, rotary transfer machines and indexing table machines in optimal way to meet theire requirements in a flexible and economical way. Precision tools and components The division has a big branch of customers from different industries for whom it produces special-purpose tools as fastener for reversing plates, profile and forming tools and many more. The range of parts produced in this division is limited by diameters up to 250 x 250 mm and we use combinations of grinding, eroding, milling or turning in an optimal way to ensure good quality. Therefore we use 5-axis milling centers and the latest CAD / CAM Systems to guarantee repeatability and the high standard of quality. Tool sharpening With most modern 5-axis CNC grinding machines and with the help of graphical simulation programs we produce new tools as stepped drills, profile millers and special-purpose tools. Further we regrind or reproduce special and standard tools with original geometrical data so the tools are as capable as new once. Off course we also offer common and special coatings and we are able to supply kanban-systems, a stock at your place and supply you just in time.
