Zlieváreň SEZ Krompachy is private joint stock company over 20 years (previous state factory SEZ Krompachy) and we produce grey cast iron castings according to EN-GJL-150, EN-GJL-200 and EN-GJL-250 on DISAMATIC 2013 moulding machine with maximal dimensions of castings 450 x 350 x 150 mm, weight up to 20 kg / piece and series over 5.000 pieces / year. Capacity of our foundry is 10.000 Tons / year and we still have some free capacity (cca 2.000 Tons / year). More than 90 % of the whole production is being exported to the European markets (A, I, D, FIN, CH, S, B, F, CZ, H). FEIX diecast has specialized in the production of complicated die-cast zinc - specialized parts in the weight range from 0.5g to 500g. For this, the fine zinc alloy ZL 5, ZL material is used primarily 0410. A qualifizieretr mold enables the implementation also extreme demands on the precision of castings. The majority of zinc die casting parts produced by us can be cast so accurately that a post-processing usually not obtained, resulting in significant cost savings. If a post is however still necessary, we use to our CNC milling machines. We attach great importance to optimal surface quality.
