Even thin-walled components can be manufactured with the process for which all other foam and expansion processes faild so far. TOOL MANUFACTURING: Plastec has its own tool manufacture. It focuses on the creation of prototype tools and also smaller series tools if required. All prototypes are incorporated cost-effective in the parent molds, only shaping tool components are exchanged. Plastec manufactures prototypes and series tools up to a size of approx. 400 x 400 mm.
