We are a motivated and competent team in the field of milling, welding and assembly. Our company was founded in 2016 and currently has 8 permanent employees, which can be increased to more than 20 employees if necessary. The company's headquarters are in Sumperk, in the north-eastern part of the Czech Republic. Our employees can be deployed 24 hours a day for your needs.

Aero Gama is an Italian company operating in the precision mechanics sector in the aeronautical, railway and naval fields. is equipped with a vast fleet of updated machines with 5-axis machines, gantry machines up to 4000x2000mm of working range, horizontal machines for small and large production batches. the metrology room is equipped according to all iso standards. We also carry out small carpentry and assembly activities, as well as construction of dedicated equipment and machinery.

The Company employs three professionals, two of them with a master's degree. These professionals for decades as a machine metal cutter (lathe, milling, jet drilling) working, thus gaining extensive experience in the profession. That professional experience essential basis for the production of high quality components. - Production of individual, small series or agricultural parts, resp. we perform machine component renovations within the framework of contract work. Company with the following “traditional” cutting machine tools in: - FGS 50/63 TOS Kurim universal high - performance milling machine (for table worktop size: 1800X630, X = 1400, Y = 630, Z = 500), - Optimum 460/1500 top lathe (with Mitutoyo gauge), - Rf 50 jet drill (with MK50 main spindle cone) - KUF 250/500 mantle and bore grinding machine, - Optimal band saw.

During twenty years of its history IRON-TECH Ltd. has gained a decisive position in the field of metal processing and part manufacture. Continuous development meeting the expanding market demands has been an important part of its business policy. The company insists on manufacturing at top-level quality accompanied with environmentally conscious approach and environmentally friendly technology. The company employs 300 people at 3 sites.

3B FLUID POWER SRL was founded in 2002 from the acquisition of the third-party branch of a metalworking company with a thirty-year history in the sector. Today the company produces cast iron or aluminum die-cast items, hydraulic power units, hydraulic blocks, and aluminum or steel components for automatic machines. MISSION & VISION Respond promptly to market demands, increasing our level of expertise and specialization: a goal that we aim to reach and exceed every day, thanks to targeted technological investments and optimization of all existing resources. Our name includes the hydraulic sector which is now the heart of our production. In the future of 3B, we wish to expand the acquired know-how also in other industrial sectors. The production is currently composed of: N. 9 - horizontal work centers N. 3 - multi-pallet horizontal work centers N. 2 - vertical work centers N. 3 - robotic islands N. 3 - CNC lathes N. 1 - automatic ultrasonic cleaning system Our horizontal work centers are all MORI SEIKI NH5000 DCG. The vertical work centers are all QUASER. We have chosen to invest in machinery of the same brand and model, to guarantee maximum production flexibility in favor of optimizing delivery times. We are a young & dynamic team. Thanks to our modern 3 and 5 axis machines and our automation systems from DMG MORI, we specialize in small series and single-part production of the highest quality. We also process almost all materials.
