Our company offers advanced CNC machining already for 24 years. It is family-driven manufacturing company, that competes on mid to high volume single piece CNC turning and milling market. We have profound knowledge in producing non-ferrous metals. Our own skilled R&D sector and Tool shop produces excellent clamping devices that alongside with new machine park offer the best possible platform to produce even the most complex parts. Our team consists of 21 experts in CNC production and mechanics. Our revenue in 2019 was 1,8 millions €. We support mid to high volume production with: - Own automatization and robotization of the process, - Designing and producing special machinery for pre and post machining phases, - Achieving all of the quality control plans in accordance with customer wishes and expectations (CMM, outbound control department, quality control department, maintenance department, mechatronics department), - Designing and producing of clamping devices for hand, pneumatic and hydraulic clamping.

We are a family-owned small business with over 35 years of experience. On 600 square meters, with eight employees, we currently produce turned and milled parts from all standard commercial materials for our customers. Our core competence lies in offering our customers from various industries, such as the automotive industry, automation technology and many more, an extended backhand. To satisfy our customers, we produce individual parts and smaller series of up to 1000 parts on the agreed date. All work processes are carried out by us, from the purchase of materials to delivery, everything from a single source.

Schorpp technology was founded in 1995 by today's owner Harald Schorpp. At that time, a wire EDM and the tailored applications for small parts formed the business base. Until the year 2000 was developed and produced in Gütenbach, later in the university town Furtwangen. The machine park has been continuously expanded in the field of erosion and machining technology based on modern CNC technology. Schorpp technology produces fine mechanical components, which are used in aerospace applications, among others. High-precision Schorpp components are used in the earth observation satellites TerraSAR-X and in the associated radar unit TanDEM-X for 3D height measurements. In addition, Schorpp specializes in prototype construction and small batches, where wire and sink erosion is used. Even ceramic materials for extreme applications such as SiSiC, C / SiC, titanium borite or Sigradur® can be processed.

STEFFENINI srl was founded in 1967 as a generic laboratory with the name of OMS Officina Meccanica Steffenini under the guidance of Francesco, the founding father, who is dedicated to the growth and development of the company. Francesco's son, Paolo, followed the same track drawn by his father. Thanks to his skills and dedication that he has always shown towards work, he embarks on a new path at the beginning of 2000 with the name of STEFFENINI VALVES by moving his activities to other markets such as petrochemical, energy and mechanical, developing his skills in production of industrial pumps, flanges and valve components by including design and production of own valves. At the end of 2018, their son Cristian is added to the company and together they decide to focus on what has always been our core business, the subcontracting, dividing the VALVE CONSTRUCTION and THIRD PARTY PROCESSING activities into two departments so the company name becomes STEFFENINI srl.
