The company Krygaton has been operating on the market since 2007. We specialize in CNC machining of elements, such as cutting, rolling, milling, welding, milling and chiseling. Materials used for manufacturing and processing are: steel, cast iron (castings), non-ferrous metals, artificial plastics. We produce details for individual customer orders based on the documentation or models presented. We make single elements and a whole range of components that are used for their manufacture modern cutting tools, measuring probes.

We use our modern and fully equipped machinery for tool making and contract manufacturing. All essential technologies are available in partially air-conditioned production areas. CNC milling, HSC milling, CNC turning, wire and sink EDM, flat, circular and coordinate grinding stand for appropriate quality and precision. Our key machines are automated and can therefore run mostly unmanned and around the clock — cost-effectively for shorter project turnaround times. We program with the latest hyperMILL® CAM software from OPEN MIND Technologies AG. With our technical equipment, we can produce mold sizes of up to 1200 x 800 millimeters or a mold weight of up to approx. 4 tons. Good to know: our capacities are also available for contract manufacturing of all types.
