We are concerned with the production of single-and standard parts for a variety of applications in different industries. The company “Hafelder Kunststoffwerk” was founded in 1945 by Mr. Ing. Zittmayr in Hafeld (Upper Austria). Back then, only plastic injection machines were used (source drinking basin production). In 1990, the company was acquired by Friedrich Gruber and continued to operate as a plastic injection moulding plant. Later, the first spare parts for spring basins were produced in-house. (First machine - Emco 342S). More and more lathes were gradually purchased, including two machining centers. From 2000, the company moved to the new premises of a former office furniture factory. Currently, around 100,000 turned parts are manufactured every month from a wide variety of materials such as brass, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, plastic, titanium, steel, etc. In 2002, another turning shop (Ing. Arzberger in Trumau), including machines and customers, was taken over. As a result, our company was almost doubled in size and renamed Hafelder Präzisionteile GmbH. In recent years, production has increasingly switched to special, turned and milled parts and mainly parts have been manufactured which must meet high requirements or have very low tolerances in the thousandths range.

CRT Göring GmbH is a medium-sized company with 15 employees. We are a contract service provider in the area of eroding and machining, with a modern machine park that includes CNC wire EDM machines, sinking EDM machines, milling and lathes. Our focus is on the production of complex precision components, tools and individual assemblies according to customer requirements. The scale ranges from single-part production to small and medium-sized series. We offer all in one solutions for projects and that is “Made in Germany”. Starting with planning, construction, material procurement, CNC processing, various hardening and coating processes, to manual reworking, measurement, logging and laser marking of the components. We have many years of experience in the processing/processing of hard metals, stainless steels, titanium and aluminum.
