The history of CNC KOVO sro goes back to 1998. In 2005 it was converted into a sro (GmbH). It is a manufacturer of high-quality series and individual parts, not only for the needs of the mechanical engineering industry, but also according to customer requirements. 70% of the production is exported to Germany and Austria. The remaining 30% are delivered to other EU countries and not least to Slovakia. CNC KOVO sro has made a name for itself on the market not only with the products themselves, but also with the services related to production. In cooperation, we work with companies that deal with heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. The company operates its own road transport that ensures the delivery of the production directly to the customer according to his requirements.

The primary activity of the company is mechanical treatment of metals, particularly CNC milling and turning. The company provides constant development by introducing new technologies and staff training. The company attempts to find new market opportunities in the area of unique and small-scale production. Nitera Mold company was founded in 2017 in a corporation with Nitera doo founded in 2000, and is engaged in consulting services and construction of metal substructures and structures. The production program offers tailor made production line equipment, so most of our products are unique, and there is also serial production capacity. Some of the production programs are Industrial furniture, Industrial fencing, Production trolleys. Also, the production program includes manufacture of dedicated tools and aluminum and plastic parts using a 1000 × 700 mm working area CNC milling machine. The services we provide are plasticization services. The consulting team comprises engineers who can design fixed and movable metal structures and make a 3D model of them. Some of our clients are Zumtobel, Leoni, Johnson Electric, Xingyu, IMI, Minth.

We also realize medium orders from 500 to 5000 pieces. In special cases, we make prototype series and individual orders.

Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us. In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work.
