The company Lehmann Zerspanungstechnik, based in Berlin-Reinickendorf, was founded in 1974 by Mr. Paul Amann and sold to Mario Lehmann in 2016. We have modern CNC technology and systems to realize individual productions. We manufacture one-offs, prototypes or small series from steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic. The fixture construction and the preparation of technical drawings are also part of our range of services. With us, you as a customer and your wishes are the focus. The company W & W CNC Technik was founded in 2014. The development of the company was very positive, so that we were able to change our name to a GmbH in 2020. We manufacture for you exclusively on Okuma machine tools of the highest quality and precision. We have specialized in the processing of stainless steel, in particular the material 1.4571. Of course, we can also offer you all other common materials. Our customer base currently includes companies from the machine and apparatus construction as well as the pneumatics and hydraulics industry. However, we are always open to companies from other branches of industry and can provide you with advice and assistance based on our many years of experience.

In the turning shop, a wide variety of machining services are provided for a large number of customers at the Bitterfeld-Wolfen site and in the region. The spectrum ranges from conventional turning to a diameter of 4000 mm and a length of 6000 mm, to mechanical processing on boring machines, 2 of which are CNC-controlled, on vertical lathes, on a cycle-controlled lathe and on various milling and grinding machines -, planing and drilling machines.

We have found our market niche in supporting medium-sized tool workshops, for which we manufacture framework tool plates. We manufacture tools for pressure casting, tools for thermoplastic injection moulding, remodelling tools, press brakes, and attachment assemblies. The range of services we provide spans cutting, milling, deep drilling, and 5-axis machining. We provide all this in one location, without any need to look for other providers, in order to save time of delivery. CNC machining is our most expanded activity, for which we have the most machine capacities available. We manufacture plates from dimensions of 300×300 mm to 2000×1500 mm. The weight of the workpiece is limited to 10 tonnes. We offer complete CNC machining and after-treatment – plate repairs due to construction changes. Our products are made to final measurements and tolerances according to our clients’ requests, in accordance with plans received. Our range of services also includes deep-hole drilling. Deep-hole drilling is becoming indispensable in manufacture of tool plates, as such products are becoming increasingly technologically advanced. Plates have ever more cooling channels, which must often be drilled at an angle. We provide deep-hole drilling from a diameter of 4 mm to 22 mm, and one-sided drilling up to a depth of 1000 mm. More complex machining and drilling and cavities under angles are machined using the 5-axis machining centres, as only such centres allow us to best achieve the required precisely defined tolerances. In terms of size, we can provide machining up to dimension of 1600×1600 mm, with the workpiece weight of up to 10 tonnes.

Over the years it has become a mechanical toolshop specialized in mechanical processing and in the design and construction of molds for the cold transformation of sheet metal. Its profile is completed by the press shop department consisting of 4 mechanical presses up to a maximum of 630 tons.

In the sector where we started CNC milling intensively, we expanded our machine park in order to produce and ship the whole product in line with the demands of our customers from abroad in the cigarette and food sector, where we mainly worked.
