In its 30th anniversary year, shoptec is strengthening its production site in Csót, Hungary, with investments worth millions. Among other things, an additional third laser system from Trumpf with 8 KW output and another press brake will be installed in the coming months. A wide belt grinding machine with automatic deburring and edge rounding has already been put into operation. Flexible sheet metal processing

We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm. The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm. We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of 3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons. We have a Rösler Trowalizing system to finish the components. All other surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, etc. are carried out via our cooperation partners in this area, here we take over the complete administration for our customers as a service.

Nitera Mold company was founded in 2017 in a corporation with Nitera doo founded in 2000, and is engaged in consulting services and construction of metal substructures and structures. The production program offers tailor made production line equipment, so most of our products are unique, and there is also serial production capacity. Some of the production programs are Industrial furniture, Industrial fencing, Production trolleys. Also, the production program includes manufacture of dedicated tools and aluminum and plastic parts using a 1000 × 700 mm working area CNC milling machine. The services we provide are plasticization services. The consulting team comprises engineers who can design fixed and movable metal structures and make a 3D model of them.
